• Who am I?

I am Qrystal, a physics grad student who enjoys writing: for herself, or to help other people learn things. When I am done my degree, I'll finally be able to allow myself to start following my desire to write and tutor and spread my joy of understanding physics.

  • Future Voters are Going Green

They probably think their votes won’t change anything, but if enough people do go vote it will change things.

I’m glad to hear that the youth of Canada are gearing up to take their voting duties with pride. In the mock election for school-aged kids, Greens tied the Conservatives, which I think says something very important about what the future has in store for the Green Party. I, for one, am glad to see it. I’m willing to bet in agreement with the fellow quoted above (Nikolas Maier, 15), that many people didn’t vote because they thought their vote wouldn’t matter. It’s good that students are being shown that votes add up and can change the world!
