I did the 50,000 words, finishing about an hour and a half before the end of November. I even ended up with a story that had a peak and a resolution! However, it isn't quite over, because it's about a Girl Who Writes Her Thesis and the thesis isn't done yet. I am working on Part Two, which will cover more time in fewer words (or more time in just as many words, but broken into more chapters). There might even be a Part Three, depending on whether the story lends itself to another struggle/transition. We'll see! :) Update: I did it!
